Block Markets Africa is a rapidly growing blockchain technology company in the fintech space, and we're looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our consumer-facing applications. You'll work closely with our Chief Delivery Officer and collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver user-centric, scalable products that drive growth. As a hands-on Product Manager with strong Product Owner responsibilities, you'll own the consumer product roadmap, drive feature delivery, and ensure exceptional user experiences. Your work will have immediate, scaled impact in our well-funded, fast-growing environment where we iterate quickly and build secure solutions. In this role, you'll bridge strategy and execution by translating high-level product direction into clear roadmaps and prioritized backlogs. You'll analyze user behavior, identify friction points, and drive UX/UI improvements while working in an Agile environment. We need someone with 3–6 years of product management experience who can make data-driven decisions, manage stakeholders effectively, and ensure our products align with regulatory requirements. Experience in fintech or digital platforms is preferred, along with familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
