As an Intermediate Fullstack Engineer, you'll be a vital hands-on contributor developing high-quality software across our entire technical stack. Working under the guidance of our Software Engineering Lead or Product Engineering Lead, you'll take ownership of assigned tasks and modules, executing them efficiently while supporting our overall technical vision and strategic goals. You'll write, test, and deploy clean, efficient code for both front-end interfaces and back-end services/APIs, taking full ownership of your technical tasks within our development pipeline. Your role involves active participation in code reviews, identifying and resolving technical issues, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts. We're committed to your continuous learning through mentoring and training from our Leads, helping you enhance your skills while maintaining our high standards for code quality, security, and system stability. We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience), plus 2-4 years of software development experience working within Agile frameworks. You should have solid proficiency in multiple programming languages (JavaScript, Python), strong understanding of software architecture, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and development tools (Git, AWS). Your success will be measured by timely delivery, code quality, strategic alignment, and professional growth.
