Role description

Mission Mobile is building an innovative mobile and fintech platform that combines devices, connectivity, and smart underwriting into a seamless customer experience. As a Product Manager, you'll sit at the heart of our business, owning critical product areas across onboarding, credit decisioning, payments, lifecycle management, and channel tools. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and key partners including MNOs, OEMs, and dealers to deliver real commercial impact. This is a hands-on execution role where you'll take product ideas from concept to launch with urgency. You'll define product requirements, write clear specs, prioritize features based on commercial impact, and work closely with engineering to ship quickly and iterate. Your focus will be on understanding unit economics, optimizing conversion funnels, and building features that improve customer value while reducing risk. You'll develop deep insights into customer behavior and spend time in stores to understand real-world dynamics, becoming the voice of both customers and sales channels. We're looking for someone with 3-7+ years in product management, ideally from fintech, telco, lending, or marketplace backgrounds. You should have strong analytical skills, be comfortable with ambiguity, and demonstrate high ownership with a commercial mindset. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape the core product serving millions of underserved customers at the intersection of fintech and telecom, driving growth, revenue, and exceptional customer experience.

Our Hiring Process

  1. Initial Screening (Outbound/Inbound) - quick assessment to evaluate the candidate’s basic qualifications, alignment with company values, and potential fit for the role.
  2. Team Lead + Team Member Interview - The team lead, along with another team member, conducts an interview to assess the candidate’s technical knowledge, collaboration skills, and ability to fit into the team dynamic.
  3. Technical Task (Product Jam Session/Coding Task) - A hands-on task where candidates showcase your problem-solving skills and technical expertise. This could be a product brainstorming session or an in-person coding challenge.
