We're seeking a talented POS Functional Consultant to join our team and take ownership of our Point of Sale solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for configuring and testing POS functions, troubleshooting technical challenges, and crafting functional specifications and test documentation. You'll also provide critical 3rd level user support and resolve business-as-usual issues while aligning with our operational and service processes. As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to make meaningful recommendations that optimize our POS processes and policies. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to identify solutions for new and existing requirements, manage changes and projects, and maintain our knowledge base and configuration databases. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will be invaluable as you participate in sprint planning and stand-ups, while your strong stakeholder management skills will help you navigate complex retail environments. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of Point-of-Sale design and configuration experience, coupled with 2 years of Agile experience. You should bring deep knowledge of POS processes, including configuration in retail environments, POS profile building, and Sales Audit functionality. Your ability to read XML data structures, configure business transaction types, and understand retail article masters will be essential.
