As our Senior Project Manager/Delivery Manager, you'll own the successful delivery of multiple concurrent software projects, acting as a servant leader and trusted partner to Product Owners, Engineering Leads, clients, and senior management. This role offers up to 2 remote days per week after onboarding, or fully remote for Cape Town-based candidates with occasional travel. You'll drive delivery excellence across our Agile teams, managing end-to-end project lifecycles while coaching teams to continuously improve collaboration, velocity, and quality. As a Scrum Master for one or more teams, you'll facilitate all Agile ceremonies, proactively manage dependencies and risks, and ensure delivery commitments are realistic and transparent. You'll serve as the primary delivery contact for stakeholders and clients, building trusted relationships through clear, confident communication about progress, risks, and trade-offs. Working closely with Lead Software Engineers and Product Owners, you'll foster a psychologically safe environment that encourages accountability and continuous improvement while maintaining our PMO frameworks and documentation standards. This role is central to our ability to deliver complex, high-quality software solutions at scale. Your leadership will empower teams, keep clients informed, and ensure delivery remains predictable and aligned to business goals. Success means consistently delivering projects on time and within budget, improving team Agile maturity, proactively resolving risks, and maintaining strong client trust. You'll play a key role in strengthening Entrostat's reputation for excellence, reliability, and innovation while positively influencing our delivery culture across the organisation. With 5+ years of Agile delivery experience and strong facilitation skills, you'll be reporting directly to our CTO/CEO.
