About the Sophia Team
Sophia is Isazi’s intelligent document processing platform, helping clients automate the extraction, classification, and understanding of unstructured data at scale. Sophia combines AI, data science, and UX design to simplify complex workflows across education, finance, and enterprise operations.
As a Product Manager on the Sophia team, you’ll sit at the intersection of AI technology, user experience, and business value, ensuring that Sophia’s roadmap aligns with client needs and long-term product vision.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams.
Translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements and prioritised features.
Collaborate with technical leads to scope new features and ensure delivery aligns with product strategy.
Use data and feedback to measure feature success and iterate for continuous improvement.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure product releases are valuable, usable, and technically sound.
Support go-to-market planning for new releases and coordinate internal rollouts.
Advocate for an AI-first approach, ensuring intelligent systems are embedded thoughtfully across workflows.
Maintain clear product documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders regularly.
Who You Are
3–5 years’ experience in product management, ideally in AI, SaaS, or data-driven environments.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Skilled at balancing user empathy with technical feasibility and business priorities.
Solid experience in leading product increment planning and communicating plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Confident working with engineers, data scientists, and design teams.
Experience in growing and leading a small product team consisting of designers, business analysts and product owners.
Familiar with agile methodologies, product roadmapping, and sprint planning.
Excellent communicator — able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
Curious, analytical, and passionate about how AI can drive better user outcomes
