Join Spendl Money as a Senior Backend Engineer and play a crucial role in shaping our financial technology platform. You'll design and build robust backend services that power our money movement, accounts, and payment experiences. Your expertise in Node.js, AWS, and DevOps will be instrumental in improving the reliability, scalability, and security of our core systems. As part of our team, you'll collaborate closely with product and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features across web and mobile platforms. We offer a flexible hybrid work environment, with the option to work remotely most of the time. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with the CTO and enjoy significant ownership from day one. We're looking for a seasoned professional with 6+ years of full-stack or backend-heavy development experience. Your strong background in Node.js, AWS, and modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js will be highly valued. If you have previous experience in fintech, payments, or crypto, that's a definite plus.
