6+ years building web or mobile apps (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React - a must).
3+ years working with AWS + third-party integrations.
A sharp mind for scalable architecture and best practices.
You guide the team through smart tech choices (and explain the trade-offs).
Clear communicator, great collaborator.
Agile team experience (Scrum or Kanban).
You’re always learning. Always improving.

This is a remote role with hours aligned to our Florida HQ (8 AM – 5 PM ET).
