Role description
Join Isazi, a pioneering AI company in South Africa, as our Product & UX/UI Design Lead. You'll own the end-to-end UX/UI for our product portfolio, including Sophia and other applications, while leading a coherent design system across our brand. Your expertise will transform complex business and financial workflows into clear, accessible digital experiences.
In this role, you'll drive product UX/UI design, creating wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and developer-ready specs. You'll also redesign and maintain our website, build a componentized set of visual standards, and conduct user research to continuously improve our products. We're looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in complex web applications, mastery of responsive design and accessibility, and excellent communication skills.
As part of our team, you'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and domain experts to deliver measurable usability gains and faster, more navigable experiences. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact, creating a shared design system and driving faster delivery cycles.
