This hands-on role goes beyond traditional business analysis, requiring you to gather and validate business needs, create clear product specifications, and work closely with our engineering team to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

As the TTPO, you'll develop a deep understanding of our operational processes and user journeys, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. You'll translate business needs into well-scoped user stories and functional requirements, collaborating with the Engineering Manager to co-design solutions. Your role will be crucial in coordinating with QA and business stakeholders to ensure our platforms meet the highest quality standards.

We're looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or platform design in complex operational environments. You should have a relevant tertiary qualification and experience with agile methodologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential.
