Join DaklaPack, a market-leading company specializing in innovative and eco-friendly packaging solutions, as we transform our web into high-performance e-commerce platforms. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in evolving our Umbraco-based platforms, working across the entire development lifecycle with a focus on e-commerce performance, usability, and scalability.
Your core mission will be to stabilize and optimize our current Umbraco solutions while building new features that deliver business value. You'll lead development of Umbraco-based websites and services, optimize user experience and conversion, integrate external systems, implement quality and performance monitoring, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and strategy teams.
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of professional software development experience, strong CMS and e-commerce expertise, and full-stack development skills in .NET/C# , ASP.NET Core, and front-end technologies. You'll have the opportunity to directly influence product decisions and work closely with stakeholders in a collaborative, international environment. Role requirements
🎯 Technical Skills
Strong .NET/C# skills and experience building scalable web applications.
Solid experience with CMS-driven platforms (Umbraco is a plus, but WordPress, Magento, or other CMS background is valuable).
Experienced with e-commerce platforms — understands product catalogues, checkout flows, payment gateways, and conversion principles.
Can integrate external services (ERP, payment, CRM) via API design and implementation.
Has front-end experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) for UI optimisation and minor UX fixes.
Understands SEO fundamentals, accessibility, performance optimisation.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and structured development workflows.

Can translate business/marketing goals into technical solutions — not just code to spec.
Thinks about conversion, engagement, and UX — not just functionality.
Capable of challenging designs or requirements when they don’t support business goals (e.g. bad above-the-fold design).
Knows how to build tools/features that add real value (e.g. product configurators, guided workflows).

Comfortable working closely with non-technical stakeholders (e.g. marketing, design) and explaining technical trade-offs.
Proactive in proposing solutions and optimisations rather than waiting for tasks.
