Role Mission
We’re building a team of highly-skilled engineers who want one thing above all else: to write excellent code, every day, and continuously level up technically. This role is tailor-made for engineers who don’t want to be managers, don’t want to lead product discussions, and don’t want to spend their days writing strategy docs. Instead, you're the kind of person who thrives on solving hard technical problems, learning from brilliant peers, and getting deep into the codebase — day in, day out. But this isn’t solo hacker mode.
You’ll be part of a high-performing team and expected to navigate real-world, fast-moving client projects. That means collaborating thoughtfully, communicating clearly, and being proactive in unblocking yourself and others. We want engineers who ask great questions, learn from their teammates, and know how to get what they need to do their best work.
As a Full Stack Engineer, your mission will be to build a high-impact, cutting edge product used by hundreds of thousands worldwide. .

Our interview process has the following stages:
First Step: An intro call with our recruitment team telling the candidate more about the company and the role. This step is 1 hour.
Second step: A take home coding exam + review by our dev team.
Third step: A pair programming Javascript based problem done together with the Tech Lead and a Frontend or Cloud specific interview depending on the role. This step is an hour.
Final Step: A high level chat with our CTO, as well as a culture fit chat. This step is about figuring out the candidate's values and communication skills.
