Role description
Join Picup, a leading SaaS logistics management platform, as a Full Stack Developer in our Research & Development department. You'll be part of our mission to revolutionize the logistics industry with cutting-edge technology. Our sophisticated web-based platform and driver mobile app power on-demand and scheduled delivery technologies across Africa.
In this role, you'll design and develop scalable web applications using Angular, Tailwind CSS, and C# (.NET Core and .NET Framework). You'll work on real-time distributed systems, implement complex SQL queries, and optimize application performance. We're looking for someone who can guide junior team members, introduce new technologies, and work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly solutions.
The ideal candidate has a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with strong skills in Angular, C# , and SQL. You should be familiar with SOLID principles, design patterns, and have experience with real-time data visualization. Additional knowledge in areas such as microservices, cloud platforms, and containerization is advantageous. Engineering Process
Our Dev team work in an agile and collaborative environment. Our processes, from roadmap, involves weekly stand up sessions, iteration sessions, code review, QA and production. The fast-paced environment is both exciting and rewarding as you not only get a lot done but can see the effect that it has on the business very quickly.
Hiring Process
The hiring process will take around two weeks. The initial interview will be with HR and promising prospects will see you coming back and meeting with our CEO, HR and Dev team for the final interview.
