We're seeking a visionary CTO to join Art Meets, a growing digital platform connecting visual artists, art professionals, and art lovers across the Pan-African creative ecosystem. As our CTO, you'll lead our technical strategy, maintain our live Flutter/Firebase platform, and drive critical improvements as we enter an accelerator program. You'll be instrumental in shaping our product roadmap, implementing privacy-by-design protections, and establishing engineering best practices.

You'll collaborate closely with our founders and designers, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals. We're looking for a hands-on leader with expertise in Flutter, Firebase, and full-stack development, who's comfortable with equity-based compensation and thrives in a startup environment. Your role will be crucial in fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and mission-driven tech culture.
