🤝 About The Position
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our digital presence, leading the concept and project management for our customer-facing website, getklar.com, as well as our community websites and newsletters.
You'll take ownership of building and maintaining a comprehensive design system for our corporate web identity in Figma, ensuring consistency and creativity across all platforms. Your technical expertise will be crucial as you build and maintain our websites using Webflow, while your creative flair will shine through as you design and implement engaging interaction animations.
Additionally, you'll manage and optimize our SaaS tools, like Typeform, ensuring they seamlessly integrate with our overall tooling. Your role will also involve creating, designing, and implementing captivating video animations and edits to elevate our social media presence.
💪 About You
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms, demonstrating your ability to build and maintain high-quality websites.
- You're proficient with design tools like Figma, backed by at least 3 years of experience, and have a strong portfolio showcasing your web and video design projects.
- You possess a solid understanding of web fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and are well-versed in optimizing for web performance, including page speed essentials.
- Your creativity and technical skills allow you to bring concepts to life, blending both form and function in every project you touch.
🏃Our Process
Since we are growing like crazy and have big plans, the starting date is ideally tomorrow. But for the right candidate, we are willing to wait. Quality always pays off.
Most of the process for this position will be handled by Frank
- I review your application: Apart from your CV feel free to include a few words as to what motivates you to join Klar.
- We get to know each other: We have a 45-minute meeting in which I will tell you more about our vision for Klar plus, we'll get to see whether both our expectations align.
- You show us what you got: We will give you a small take-home assignment, e.g. to design a small landing-page or a video example and you demonstrate the outcome and the process to me plus some colleagues. After that there will be also a Q&A of about 45-minutes.
- You meet my Co-Founders - ****we value strong fit and alignment within our team. This gives you and us a chance for a final check.
- You get an offer - and hopefully sign it ✌️
If all goes well, this process should be done within 2 weeks.

Nice to meet you. We are Frank, Cillier & Max.
We met around 10 years ago while working together in Cape Town and have been working at various start-ups together since. Cillier & Frank leading the tech teams while Max lead marketing.
Together, we have seen most, if not all, of start-up life. The good, the bad and the ugly 🤠
