We're looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the complete technical lifecycle of our client relationships—from the very first discovery call through proof-of-concept, integration design, live deployment, and ongoing technical account management. You'll be the technical authority that wins the sale, delivers integrations to a live standard, and keeps strategic accounts technically healthy and expanding. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales, you'll lead pre-sales technical engagements, design and validate integration architectures, and ensure enterprise clients go live on schedule with confidence. You'll translate complex technical requirements into credible solutions, manage PoCs that accelerate purchase decisions, and maintain trusted relationships with client architects and C-suite stakeholders alike.
