We're looking for an intermediate full-stack developer ready to take the next step in their career. At NxGN, you'll engage directly with clients and domain problems—no business analysts or project managers standing between you and the work that matters. You'll build production-quality features end to end across our SaaS products and client projects, using modern architectural patterns like Vertical Slice Architecture, CQRS, and Domain-Driven Design. We're looking for someone who can already ship working code independently and is hungry to go deeper into architecture, design, and true feature ownership.

Our tech stack is modern and intentional: C# / .NET with .NET Aspire and FastEndpoints on the backend, Angular and React Native with TypeScript on the frontend, plus SQL databases and cloud-native DevOps practices. AI-augmented development is core to how we work—we expect you to use tools like Claude Code as part of your daily workflow, understanding that thoughtful planning and design is what makes AI tools productive rather than a liability. You'll be mentored toward senior-level skills, with your work visible and your input shaping technical decisions from day one.
