Role description

We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our Advanced Data Products team at Games Global, where you'll build the machine learning systems that power our data-driven products. If you're obsessed with building robust, scalable ML pipelines and take pride in models that thrive in production—not just in notebooks—this role was made for you. You'll have the opportunity to design, build, and optimize machine learning models and pipelines that deliver real business impact across our organization. In this role, you'll own the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion and feature engineering through to training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. You'll build and maintain MLOps infrastructure to support reliable, repeatable model delivery, and collaborate with AI Engineers and data teams to turn business use cases into production-grade ML solutions. You'll also build observability tooling to monitor model performance, drift, and data quality in production, while continuously improving model quality, efficiency, and scalability across our product suite. We're looking for someone with deep machine learning expertise, solid software engineering skills, and hands-on MLOps experience with pipelines, experiment tracking, and deployment. You should have a track record of building and operating ML systems at scale, preferably with AWS cloud experience, and strong foundations in statistics and data modeling. You'll mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and helping them grow, while working effectively across engineering and data teams. A B.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field is required, with postgraduate qualifications considered a bonus.
