Role description

Join our Advanced Data Products team at Games Global as a Senior AI Engineer, where you'll transform complex business challenges into production-grade AI and ML solutions. We're looking for someone who thrives on turning messy problems into reliable, scalable systems that power our global gaming operations. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real business impact. In this role, you'll own the full lifecycle of AI/ML products—from discovery and ideation through to deployment and maintenance. You'll collaborate directly with teams across Revenue, Studios, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to identify high-value use cases and deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes. We value engineers who not only build sophisticated models but also ensure they're observable, maintainable, and production-ready. You'll also play a key mentorship role, helping junior engineers grow and sharing your expertise across the team. We're seeking someone with strong machine learning fundamentals, solid software engineering skills, and hands-on cloud experience (AWS preferred). You should have a proven track record of deploying ML systems at scale and know how to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. If you're passionate about building AI products that matter, enjoy solving ambiguous problems, and want to see your work scale globally, we'd love to hear from you. A B.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field is required (postgraduate qualifications are a bonus).
