You'll collaborate closely with our Product and Project Delivery teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation. As our internal engineering capability expands, you'll play a key leadership role in hiring, onboarding, and championing engineering best practices across the team. We're looking for an experienced developer with 5+ years of commercial experience in C# and .NET, strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core, and solid relational database skills (PostgreSQL/SQL Server). You'll need hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS advantageous), Git workflows, and Agile delivery frameworks.
