Role description
Join Agent Factory at Verder Group, where you'll be the crucial bridge between our global business operations and our AI engineering team. As an Agent Designer, you'll dive into the real workflows across our 85 entities and 1,800 users worldwide, uncovering the hidden inefficiencies and manual processes that slow people down. You won't write code, but you'll ensure that what gets built solves the right problems. Working directly under board-level leadership, you'll move with startup agility while building solutions that scale across our multinational manufacturing operations spanning scientific equipment and industrial pumps. Your role centers on discovery, translation, and adoption. You'll run structured sessions with stakeholders across operations, finance, sales, HR, and supply chain to map end-to-end processes and identify automation opportunities. Then you'll translate these insights into crystal-clear agent specifications that our AI Engineers can build from without ambiguity. You'll own the entire journey—from initial stakeholder conversations through to post-launch adoption—while maintaining our Agent Factory use case pipeline with a focus on business impact. You'll work alongside engineers during development, prepare teams for go-live, and ensure smooth adoption in production. We're looking for someone with 3-5 years in business analysis, process improvement, or management consulting who can walk into a room, earn trust quickly, and leave with actionable insights. You should understand AI agents well enough to write realistic specifications, facilitate workshops confidently across all organizational levels, and communicate so clearly that engineers in other countries can work from your specs independently. You'll thrive in our international, multi-site environment if you bring structure to ambiguity, stay curious about AI capabilities while being honest about limitations, and treat adoption as part of your deliverable—not someone else's problem. Your success will be measured by pipeline quality, specification accuracy, adoption rates, and the business impact of the agents you design.

We own the full lifecycle for complex cross-functional workflows (process mapping through to deploying an agent, monitoring it, and iterating it - working closely with the domain owners). We do not spend days solving minute-long problems. We do not force AI into workflows that can be fixed with better process design. We focus on creating value where it matters most.
