Pay@, a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions, is expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Online Integration Specialist to join us in a hybrid role based in Stellenbosch. As a proactive problem-solver, you'll play a crucial role in IT functions that directly impact client relationships, focusing on integrations and ensuring seamless connectivity between systems. This is not a development role, but requires a strong technical understanding to guide clients through integration processes and provide exceptional support. You'll take ownership of supporting and monitoring biller integrations, participating in various IT integration functions, and generating ad hoc reports using SQL. Your analytical approach will be essential in monitoring transaction irregularities across the value chain, consulting with clients on integration requirements, and providing post-integration technical support. You'll investigate application logs, conduct test transactions in live environments, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve integration-related issues while ensuring clients receive quick turnaround times. We're seeking someone with a relevant tertiary IT qualification and approximately 3 years' experience in a similar role, including SQL, IT systems monitoring, MS Excel, and customer support. Experience in the financial services industry, particularly payments with understanding of reconciliation and settlement processes, will be highly beneficial. Fluency in English and understanding of Afrikaans is required, with additional languages viewed favorably. You'll need a stable internet connection (fiber advantageous) for remote work capability and reliable transport.
