Join Scatec, a leading renewable energy producer, as a Data Analytics Engineer where you'll own the analytics layer of our mature, well-governed Databricks platform. You'll be the vital bridge between our data platform and the business users who depend on it, transforming curated data into actionable insights that drive decisions across the organisation. Working within a small, high-standards Data & AI team that takes real pride in their work, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how we leverage data across Finance, Operations, Asset Management, HR, Project Development and Supply Chain. In this hands-on role, you'll design and build data models, transformations and semantic layers using dbt and SQL, while owning and maintaining Power BI across the entire organisation. You'll partner directly with business teams to understand their needs and deliver reliable, self-service data products—from initial requirements right through to dashboard delivery. We're looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise in dimensional modelling with excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities. We value builders who care as much about business adoption as engineering excellence. You'll uphold our team's high standards through code reviews, testing and documentation, while working alongside our Data Engineering team on the underlying architecture. This is an individual-contributor role where you'll be the go-to expert for BI and reporting, with the autonomy to shape how the business interacts with data. If you have 5-7 years of experience in analytics engineering or BI, strong command of dimensional modelling and dbt, and the ability to translate technical work into accessible language for stakeholders, we'd love to hear from you.
