Role description

We're looking for passionate Machine Learning Engineers to join our team and make a real difference. You'll work at the exciting intersection of data science and engineering, where you'll build, deploy, and scale machine learning systems that power our products. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with data scientists to train and productionize machine learning models, while also rolling up your sleeves to improve our ML infrastructure through data engineering and DevOps work. You'll design robust real-time data systems that meet strict throughput and latency requirements, and implement non-functional requirements to ensure our systems run reliably at scale. This is a hands-on position where you'll apply software engineering rigor to ML operations, including CI/CD/CT, automation, and testing. We're looking for someone with proven experience productionizing ML systems and strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform. You should have solid hands-on experience with real-time systems like Kafka, container orchestration with Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools. Experience with Big Data technologies, MLOps tools, and cloud platforms is essential. If you're passionate about fintech and ready to build ML systems that scale, we'd love to hear from you. Our interview process has the following stages:
We have a 4 steps interview process.
- Initial Screening interview with the Talent Lead
- On online Technical Assessment
- A Technical Screening interview with our Head of Engineering
- A Final Interview with Senior Management

The assessment typically consists of 2 challenges, a couple of multiple choice questions and a few open-ended questions.

What will they be looking for?
During different parts of the interview process you will be asked different types of questions. Let’s break it down into three main categories of questions that may be asked, namely:
- Culture fit questions: Which are aimed at assessing the alignment of candidates to the company and team culture
- Technical questions: Which are questions specific to the role in question to assess a candidate's skills and abilities in relation to the role requirements
