Role description
We're looking for an experienced Omni-Channel Technical Team Lead to spearhead our omni-channel technology initiatives and manage our SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) technology stack. In this pivotal role, you'll bring specialized knowledge in SAP cloud technologies and provide technical solutions to complex enterprise challenges. You'll have the opportunity to shape design patterns, libraries, frameworks, and processes while working within our established organizational structure to deliver optimal solutions. As our Technical Team Lead, you'll lead and mentor a dynamic team of SAP Commerce Cloud developers across onsite and offshore locations, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing scalable solutions, conducting code reviews, overseeing the omni-channel technology stack, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You'll drive our technical strategy forward by staying ahead of industry trends and implementing new technologies that enhance our omni-channel capabilities. We value leaders who can inspire their teams while ensuring seamless integration between SAP Commerce Cloud and our broader technology ecosystem. We're seeking someone with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT, along with at least 5 years of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development experience and proven leadership capabilities. Your expertise in Java, Spring Framework, React Native, and e-commerce concepts will be essential, as will your excellent communication skills and ability to manage omni-channel technology initiatives.
