Role description
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable business and technology solutions. You'll be part of a dynamic cross-functional delivery team responsible for the complete change lifecycle, from initial concept and problem definition through to delivery and value realisation. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, you'll translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs while collaborating closely with product owners, engineers, architects, UX designers, testers, and business stakeholders. We need someone with 5+ years of business analysis experience delivering technology-enabled change end-to-end, ideally within financial services. You'll bring strong capabilities in current/future state analysis, root-cause analysis, and various modelling techniques including process maps, customer journeys, and use cases. Your ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements as epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria will be crucial, as will your talent for facilitating workshops, aligning diverse stakeholders, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You'll work with industry-standard tools including Jira/Azure DevOps for backlog management, Confluence/SharePoint for documentation, and Visio/Miro/Lucidchart for process modelling. We value proactive thinking and are looking for someone who identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen delivery practices. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field is required, and BABOK-aligned certification (CBAP/CCBA) would be advantageous. This full-time role is based in our Sandton office, where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and technology capabilities.
