Role description

We're seeking a Technical Compliance Officer to serve as the cornerstone of our regulatory excellence. You'll be responsible for ensuring our gaming platforms, products, integrations, and technical operations meet all regulatory, security, and certification requirements across multiple jurisdictions. As our primary liaison between Compliance, Product, Development, QA, and external regulatory bodies, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, security, and fairness of our gaming ecosystem while supporting our commitment to responsible gaming practices. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee adherence to Remote Gaming Technical Standards, RNG certification frameworks, game fairness requirements, and information security controls. You'll coordinate all technical certifications with recognised test laboratories, translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable engineering tasks, and drive certification activities to ensure zero avoidable delays. Your expertise will guide our product design and architectural changes, ensuring compliance-by-design is integrated throughout our development lifecycle. You'll conduct technical risk assessments, manage change requests for regulated systems, and act as our technical subject-matter expert during regulatory audits and inspections. We're looking for someone with 5-7 years' experience in compliance within regulated industries, preferably gambling or gaming, who brings strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. You'll join our Risk, Legal & Compliance team, reporting to the Director of Legal & Compliance, and enjoy a hybrid work policy.
