Role description
We're seeking an ISMS Manager to lead our information security governance, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance activities within our dynamic iGaming environment. You'll take full ownership of our ISO 27001-aligned Information Security Management System, providing strategic oversight of cyber risk, operational risk, and control effectiveness. Working directly with our Director of Legal & Compliance, you'll translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into practical governance frameworks while driving accountability across teams and delivering clear reporting to executive and audit stakeholders. You'll bring 5-8 years of experience from the iGaming, sports betting, or similarly regulated digital transaction sectors, coupled with professional certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor. Your exceptional analytical skills and ability to communicate complex risk paradigms to non-technical stakeholders will be essential as you chair risk assessment workshops, maintain our enterprise risk register, and coordinate regulatory audits across international jurisdictions including POPIA, GDPR, and UKGC requirements. By driving security awareness initiatives and continuous improvement programs, you'll help shape our operational resilience and governance maturity while working in an environment that champions agility, clarity, collaboration, innovation, and integrity at every level.
