You'll work at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge technology, turning complex AI concepts into solutions that teams can use immediately. In this role, you'll partner directly with business stakeholders to discover AI opportunities, then design and deploy production-grade solutions using Microsoft's AI ecosystem including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. You'll architect sophisticated agentic and multi-agent systems, build RAG solutions, and integrate AI into existing workflows through Teams, web apps, and other channels. We value iterative delivery and continuous improvement—you'll see your solutions evolve from prototype to production while maintaining alignment with business priorities. Your work will span the full cycle from business analysis and solution design through implementation, governance, and adoption. We're seeking someone with 3+ years of production AI experience who brings proven expertise in building end-to-end agentic systems and demonstrated impact delivering AI solutions.
