Role description

We're seeking an exceptional technology leader to drive our organisation's digital future as our Chief Information Officer. In this pivotal executive role, you'll report directly to our CEO and shape our entire technology strategy, from digital transformation initiatives and enterprise systems to cybersecurity frameworks and innovation programmes. You'll be the strategic voice guiding our leadership team through emerging technologies and opportunities while ensuring our IT infrastructure delivers operational excellence, scalability, and security. Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of enterprise IT leadership. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, infrastructure, and cloud environments while leading critical initiatives in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance. You'll drive the implementation and optimisation of our ERP, CRM, and business intelligence platforms, champion automation and AI enablement, and establish robust data governance frameworks. Working closely with executive leadership and business units, you'll manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure our technology investments deliver measurable business value. We're looking for a proven technology executive with 10+ years of IT experience and at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. You'll bring deep expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Most importantly, you'll be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen who can build and mentor high-performing teams, foster innovation, and create a customer-centric IT culture.
