Join our Platform Engineering team at Pollinate, a London-based fintech backed by global financial institutions like NatWest, NAB, and Truist. We're building a modern, high-performance Azure cloud platform that powers real fintech products for small businesses every day. Reporting to the Platform Engineering Team Lead, you'll work alongside experienced engineers who will mentor your growth as you design, automate, and improve our cloud environment. You'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and even our self-hosted LLM—all while collaborating with software developers, external partners, and customers to ensure our platform remains reliable, secure, and fast. We're a close-knit team of designers, engineers, and financial services experts who value curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include building and improving tools and processes that keep our platform running smoothly, supporting cloud services post-deployment, partnering with development teams on seamless infrastructure deployments, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines for faster, safer feature delivery. We're looking for an enthusiastic technologist with exposure to cloud platforms (Azure is a bonus) and passion for modern engineering practices, including automation tools, DevOps, containers, Terraform, and programming languages like Python, Java, Go, or C# .
