Role description
We're seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help evolve our live, growing telehealth platform.
This is a dynamic role where you'll work across the entire stack, collaborating closely with our Lead Developer and cross-functional teams to ship meaningful features and solve real problems. You'll be working on a product that's constantly improving and scaling, ensuring it remains stable, secure, and performant for our users.
In this role, you'll build and maintain features across the full stack, own features end-to-end from requirements to deployment, and drive quality through testing and collaboration with our QA team. You'll design scalable architectures, build robust APIs, participate in code reviews and technical discussions, and work closely with Product and Support teams in agile sprints.
This isn't a build-and-forget role—you'll see your work used in the real world, making a genuine impact in healthcare delivery. We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in Node.js and TypeScript, strong API development skills, and comfort working with cloud-based architectures.
Experience with white-label platforms is a plus. You'll need your own hardware setup, including 16GB RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD, antivirus software, and a reliable UPS. Working hours are shift-based, Monday-Friday, to support our platform's needs.
Weekly Rotating Shifts: To support our American hours, shifts rotate every week. (e.g., 13:00–21:00 or 18:00–00:00 SAST).
