We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join our software engineering team and support the development and maintenance of our in-house Automated Meter Reading (AMR) platforms and energy management solutions. Reporting to our Head of Software Engineering, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful projects in the energy technology space while working under close supervision and guidance from experienced team members. Your day-to-day will involve implementing features and bug fixes, participating in system design discussions, writing and executing tests, and maintaining technical documentation. You'll collaborate closely with your peers, learn through code reviews, and assist in troubleshooting software issues. We believe in continuous learning, so you'll also participate in user training activities and help prepare training materials, giving you exposure to the full software development lifecycle. We're seeking candidates with a B.Sc in Computer Science or B.Eng. in Computer, Electronic or Electrical Engineering (or B.Tech equivalent) and 0-3 years of software development experience. You should have a basic understanding of web services, APIs, Microsoft SQL Server, and the .NET stack with C# . Familiarity with Git and exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus. Most importantly, we value eagerness to learn, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
