Role description
Join Doxim as our next Software Quality Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products. As a seasoned QA professional on our Agile Team, you'll work in a collaborative environment with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify issues, design comprehensive test plans, and implement quality assurance processes that drive excellence. You'll be at the heart of our Agile development process, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives while executing both manual and automated tests. Your responsibilities will include developing test cases based on project specifications, performing regression testing, documenting bugs using issue tracking tools, and working closely with developers to resolve issues. We value your expertise in continuously improving our QA processes and welcome your feedback for product enhancements. We're looking for someone with 7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You'll bring strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, Agile practices, and hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and Xray. Your technical expertise in HTML, XML, JavaScript, and SQL, combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, will help you thrive in this role. We offer flexible hours to support North American time zones, and experience in document processing/ECM or the financial sector is a plus.
