Role description
We're looking for an experienced Application Support Team Lead to oversee and guide our Application Support Analyst team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for planning, assigning, and directing daily tasks while serving as the technical point of contact for your team. You'll keep your finger on the pulse of our operations by tracking critical performance indexes including incoming, open and aged tickets, customer experience metrics, branch uptime, and network monitoring. Managing and maintaining all Service Level Agreements will be key to your success, ensuring our support operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll also provide daily reports on Application Support statistics to management, giving leadership the insights they need to make informed decisions. We're seeking someone with 2-4 years of supervisory or team lead experience in an Application Support desk, help desk, or infrastructure remote support environment. A Diploma or Degree in Computer Systems is advantageous, along with certifications such as MTA, MCSA, MCSE, or ITIL Foundation. Experience with Office 365, Azure, and Scrum Master or Project Management training would be valuable additions to your profile.
