Role description
We're looking for an IT Change Manager to support our organization through transformation. In this role, you'll ensure that new systems, processes, and ways of working are adopted smoothly and effectively across our teams. You'll lead projects end-to-end—from planning and requirements through execution and close-out—while driving the people side of change through communication strategies, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You'll act as the central coordination point between leadership, technical teams, and end-users, ensuring everyone is aligned and ready for what's ahead. You'll bring 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, change support, or operations, along with a track record of supporting cross-functional projects and preparing project documentation. We're looking for someone skilled in project planning, change impact assessment, stakeholder mapping, and risk management. You'll apply project and change management frameworks to standardize our ways of working and build sustainable improvements. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt are essential, as is proficiency in Excel and collaboration tools like MS Project, Asana, Jira, or M365. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by helping teams understand what's changing, why it matters, and how it affects their work. You'll strengthen organizational readiness, reduce disruption, and contribute to long-term success.
