Role description
We're looking for a talented Test Analyst / Support Analyst to join our team and help drive quality excellence through both manual and automated testing. In this dual role, you'll leverage your expertise in Selenium WebDriver to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks while ensuring our systems meet the highest quality standards. You'll work across all testing phases—functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end—and integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and coverage. As part of our collaborative environment, you'll partner closely with developers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to continuously improve testing processes and champion shift-left testing approaches. Beyond testing, you'll provide critical application support by monitoring and responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and working with vendors to resolve system-related challenges. Your analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving skills will be essential as you contribute to root cause analysis and quality improvements. We're seeking someone with 3+ years in both testing and support roles who is proficient in Selenium WebDriver and at least one programming language (Java, Python, or C# ). You'll thrive in our Agile/Scrum environment if you have strong SDLC knowledge, experience with test automation frameworks like TestNG or JUnit, and familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems. ISTQB certification and exposure to AWS, performance testing, or containerization would be excellent additions to your skillset.
