We're seeking a talented Databricks/AI Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of AI capabilities on our digital investment platform. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that will transform how our clients interact with investment technology. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in AI technologies including Agents, NLP, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Guardrails, and Memory systems. You'll work extensively with Azure AI Foundry in an enterprise context, handling complex challenges around networking, GDPR compliance, deployments, and redundancy. Your hands-on experience with DataBricks, particularly Genie and Unity Catalog, will be essential as you build robust data and AI infrastructure. We're looking for someone who can enable intuitive AI user interfaces while ensuring optimal performance and security. We value bright, results-driven individuals who are self-motivated and thrive in a collaborative environment. Knowledge of the asset management industry is highly preferable, and experience with MCP integrations will set you apart.
