Role description
We're seeking a talented SDET to join our quality assurance team and ensure our products achieve complete stability and excellence. You'll work closely with our QA Lead, development teams, and portfolio teams from the early design stages through test planning, automation, and results reporting.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on product quality while collaborating with diverse, distributed teams in a dynamic environment. In this hands-on position, you'll take ownership of the entire testing lifecycle—from reviewing business requirements and user stories to developing comprehensive test plans and executing both manual and automated tests.
You'll leverage your expertise in Selenium with Core Java, TestNG frameworks, and API testing tools like Postman and SoapUI to build and maintain robust automation scripts.
Your responsibilities will also include analyzing impacted areas, enhancing regression test packs, tracking defects through their lifecycle, and mentoring fellow quality engineers on best practices.
We're looking for someone with 4-7 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in manual testing and 2 years in Selenium automation.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, solid OOPs knowledge, experience with version control systems like Git, and familiarity with agile methodology.
You should be a self-starter who thrives in a continually changing environment, demonstrates excellent communication skills in English, and can work effectively with cross-functional remote teams.
