We're seeking a proactive Senior Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building the data infrastructure that powers our organization.

You'll design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud-native tools, while integrating and harmonizing data from multiple sources including transactional systems, accounting platforms, and CRM tools. Your responsibilities will span the full data engineering lifecycle—from developing data warehouse structures across SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments to implementing data governance and best practices. You'll also contribute to our technical strategy, research new technologies, and build prototypes that push our capabilities forward.

We're looking for someone with 8+ years of data engineering experience and a degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is essential, along with proven experience building data pipelines and architectures. You should be an excellent communicator who can bridge technical and business worlds effectively. Experience with tools like Airflow, dimensional modelling, and platforms such as Sage One, Xero, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dataverse would be advantageous, as would background in fintech or financial services.
