Role description
Role Overview:
To deliver and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, primarily in Customer Service scenarios, while working independently on most development items and supporting junior team members.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
• Strong Power Apps & Power Automate
• Dataverse configuration and modelling
• JavaScript customisation
• Exposure to REST/API integrations
• Familiarity with ALM and environment management
• PL-200 or working toward PL-400
Advantageous:
• Azure Functions / Logic Apps exposure
• Customer Service module experience
• Power BI integration awareness
Key Performance Area:
• Develop Model-driven and Canvas Apps
• Build Power Automate workflows for case management and integrations
• Configure Dynamics forms, views, dashboards, and security
• Participate in solution design and estimation
• Support deployments and testing
• Provide guidance to junior developers
