Over 5,000 users, 2,000+ matches analysed, and 3,000,000+ events collected. We’re a small

- Work with the founding team to scope, prioritise, and deliver product improvements

- Product thinking – you’ve ideally led or owned small projects from scoping through to delivery
- Comfortable across the full stack (front end and back end)
- Able to work independently in a small, distributed team
- Reliable internet and ability to overlap with UK hours (at least 4 hours daily)
Desirable:
- Ruby on Rails experience
- Familiarity with video processing, sports data, or API integrations
- Experience at an early-stage startup or small company
- Interest in rugby or sport
What We Offer
- Fully remote with flexible working
- Direct impact on the product and company direction
- Small team, no bureaucracy, fast decisions
- Opportunity to grow with an early-stage company
