Role description
As a Junior Experimentation Developer at Hype Digital, you’ll be the technical backbone of our AB testing and conversion optimisation work. You’ll translate test hypotheses into live, production-ready experiments across client websites, working closely with our CRO, design and development teams to ensure every test runs cleanly and delivers reliable data.
This is a hands-on coding role with real commercial impact. You’ll be building experiments that directly influence how users interact with our clients’ websites, and you’ll see the revenue results of your work. We’re looking for someone with a solid development foundation who’s eager to specialise in experimentation engineering, and we’ll invest in training you up.
This role allows for flexibility to work remotely. We are looking for office space in Cape Town.
