We're looking for a passionate Business Intelligence Engineer / Data Scientist to join our dynamic team at ProPay. You'll be responsible for deep-diving into company and client data, cleaning and analyzing datasets, and extracting meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Your role will involve developing and maintaining BI dashboards primarily using Power BI, designing predictive models and AI-driven solutions, and translating business requirements into data-driven outcomes. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior analysts and helping them navigate complex data challenges. Working closely with Senior BI Analysts and the Head of BI, you'll have autonomy over your work while being part of a collaborative team environment. Your technical toolkit will include SQL (MySQL, T-SQL, Graph), Python programming with data science packages like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow, and strong data visualization skills. You'll have opportunities to automate recurring processes, troubleshoot data-related issues, and contribute to the broader BI strategy while continuously expanding your capabilities.
