Our IT department is seeking a proactive Junior CRM System Developer to support and enhance our CRM system in a challenging environment where achieving business objectives goes hand-in-hand with having fun. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, analysing and solving system issues, customising the CRM using built-in tools and custom components, and working closely with varied business units to understand their unique processes. You'll create user guides and documentation, refine and automate regular processes, and provide ad hoc support and training to end users. Your responsibilities will include developing specifications, troubleshooting issues, extending the system's capabilities, and ensuring smooth adoption across the organisation. We're looking for someone with around three years of CRM support experience, ideally with Dynamics 365, who has hands-on expertise in HTML, CSS, C# , JavaScript, and SQL queries. The ideal candidate is organised, solutions-driven, and exceptional at communication, with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning how our business operates. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work both independently and collaboratively within our passionate team. We need someone who's self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused, with excellent documentation skills.
