Netcash is a market-leading payment solutions provider in South Africa, and we're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Technical team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll partner with the business as a trusted advisor, working to understand, define, and document business needs through dialogue, debate, and modeling. You'll identify business needs and solutions that maximize value for our stakeholders, while facilitating requirements gathering meetings and developing accurate, complete requirements documentation. You'll engage with multiple stakeholders at management and director levels, bridging the gap between business and IT. Your day-to-day will involve holding meetings with business managers, documenting requirements according to prescribed formats, and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders, end users, and technical peers. You'll participate in regular scrum meetings to review project statuses, collaborate with team members to improve functionality, and research tools and methods to increase effectiveness and delivery quality.
