Role description
Join our specialized Rapid Response Team as an Implementation Developer, where you'll play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing established document processing applications. Our RRT focuses on implementing technical changes, handling move/add/change requests, and supporting complex technical adjustments to applications originally delivered by our implementation team. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including Sefas, OpenText Exstream Dialogue, Python, and Linux-based tools to ensure our solutions continue to function flawlessly as business requirements evolve. In this role, you'll tackle diverse challenges ranging from contained scope requests (typically 3-20 hours) to complex technical investigations requiring deep understanding of system architecture and data processing logic. You'll work directly with Customer Service Representatives to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions. Our sprint-based structure empowers you to independently manage your work through development, testing, and UAT stages, while also responding to high-priority blocker tickets that require prompt resolution. You'll diagnose issues stemming from unique customer data scenarios, formatting variations, and edge cases, applying your analytical skills to identify root causes and implement reliable fixes. We're looking for curious problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-moving environment and take pride in delivering technically sound solutions aligned with business needs.
