Role description

We're looking for a QA Manager to build and lead our high-performing quality function at Kiron. In this pivotal role, you'll shape the future of quality across our gaming platform, managing a distributed team of QA professionals while staying hands-on with modern quality engineering practices. You'll own and evolve our quality strategy across the full SDLC, with a strong focus on test automation, integration quality, platform resilience, and player experience. This is your opportunity to introduce and scale AI-assisted testing capabilities that will accelerate our release cycles and proactively identify risks across our complex gaming ecosystem. Working in our regulated environment, you'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure our testing practices support regulatory compliance and transactional integrity. You'll be empowered to build team structure, raise standards, initiate best practices, and develop people. Through coaching and continuous improvement, you'll foster a culture where quality is embedded across all teams and platform integrations are stable, scalable, and production-ready. We're looking for someone with proven QA management experience, strong hands-on testing background, and ISTQB certification, along with solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. At Kiron, you'll have the autonomy to define quality standards, metrics, and reporting frameworks that drive continuous improvement.
