Role description
Join Doxim's Professional Services team as an Implementation Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining cutting-edge document composition solutions for clients across financial services, insurance, utilities, and government sectors. You'll work with enterprise composition platforms like Quadient Inspire and OpenText Exstream to transform client data, design sophisticated document templates and workflows, and automate processing steps using Python and C# /PowerShell. Your technical problem-solving skills will shine as you handle data ingestion, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting across print, mail, and digital delivery channels. Our fast-paced, collaborative environment offers you the opportunity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working closely with Project Managers, Customer Service teams, and fellow developers. You'll take ownership of the entire implementation lifecycle—from onboarding new customers and developing custom scripts to supporting live deployments and maintaining comprehensive documentation. We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience who can work both independently and as part of a team, bringing strong analytical abilities and a commitment to quality. We offer a fully remote position based in South Africa with the flexibility to work from home while supporting our diverse client base. You'll typically work 40-45 hours per week with occasional peak-period requirements during month-end or seasonal deadlines. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) and expertise in scripting, data transformation, and problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you. Experience with document composition platforms, print-and-mail programming, SQL Server, and Unix/Windows environments will help you excel in this role.
