companies grow with strategy, technology, and action. In addition to client projects, we

also build our own software products from Fruitful Ventures that enter the market.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who works independently. Someone who converts an idea

into a working product, from database to interface and from start to deployment. You

make this possible by utilizing tools at your disposal such as the latest AI solutions and

programs like Claude Code.

For internal (Fruitful Ventures) products, you are the sole developer. You take an idea and

with input from the product owner bring it to life entirely yourself: architecture, frontend,

backend, integrations, testing, deployment. You set the standard design yourself.

For client projects, you work as an automation engineer. Clients have existing systems;

you build the connections, automations, and interfaces that make their operations

smarter. Think along the lines of connecting CRMs, databases, and communication tools

via APIs, or lightweight interfaces on top of existing data.

You will have support from a technical lead, but you work independently. You get the

opportunity to set up our technical team and shape the policy and strategy of Best Byte

as a development organization.

Key Responsibilities

Client and Product Work:

• Building and deploying internal tools and products from A to Z: from architecture to deployment.

• Providing clients with AI solutions, automations, and interfaces that connect to their existing systems and processes.

• Connecting systems and APIs so that data and workflows run smoothly between tools.

• Making and substantiating technical choices, pragmatically, not over-engineered.

• Collaborating with project managers and the technical lead so that what is built aligns with what the client needs.

Business Development:

• Thinking outside the box for how we can improve and standardize our technical

approach.

• Actively keeping track of new tools and developments in the field of AI and

development and translating them into what solutions we can provide with them.

About You

• You have 4+ years of relevant experience as a developer and can show demonstrable projects that have gone live, own projects also count.

• You enjoy being creative and applying basic experience with UX/UI to prototypes and applications.

• You work independently and take ownership of your work. You ask for input when necessary, not for approval on every step.

• You are pragmatic and build with lean concepts: you choose the solution that works and goes live quickly, not the most elegant architecture that needs six more weeks, while ensuring the highest quality.

• You understand APIs well and know how to integrate and connect systems.

• You work with AI. You know when to write code yourself and when to let it be

generated.

• Design scalable and secure database architectures and build them.

• You are fluent in HTML, CSS, and React/Node.js. Experience with Python is a plus.

• You have hands-on experience with some of the newer tools like Supabase,

Vercel, Railway, n8n. You also enjoy working with No & Low-code tools like Retool and Airtable.

• Your work as an engineer is accelerated by tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code.

• You have a genuine interest in how AI is developing, not just in talking about it but- using it and following the latest updates.
